ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Lisa Anderson, an experienced LMS Solutions Consultant based in Victoria, Australia.

I’ve always had a passion for learning and a fascination with technology – and that’s where Learning Management Systems come into play for me. I love unpacking what they can do, finding the best way to create a fabulous learner experience and ensuring they can scale seamlessly for organisations.

What sets me apart? I bring a unique perspective, as both a consumer and someone who has worked for an LMS provider. From my days supporting customers across all industries to implement their LMS, to my time developing and leading organisational wide learning programs in L&D teams. I also have expertise in both Local Government and private enterprise.

When it comes to LMS’s, there isn’t much I haven’t seen – and I still get excited about each and every opportunity to partner with a client, scoping out what they need and finding the best solution.

    • Develop induction templates.

    • Organise and set up content library to best support learners.

    • Convert your existing processes or face to face training into engaging eLearning modules.

  • • Train administrators and users on the LMS, contextualised for your environment.

    • Develop supporting materials, including policies, procedures and workflows to ensure the LMS implementation is embedded successfully across the organisation.

    • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.

  • • Support the transfer of data and content from existing systems to the new LMS.

    • Ensure a smooth, secure and speedy transition of data.

    • Cleanse manually managed training records, stored via spreadsheets, to upload clean data to the LMS.

  • • Conduct LMS Health Checks to assess and enhance system performance. Working with your LMS vendor as needed.

    • Identify opportunities to optimise user experience and engagement.

    • Identify and address current barriers or challenges with recommended solutions.

    • Improve the overall usability and accessibility of the LMS.

    • Enhance the user interface for a superior learning experience.
